Here's How to Return Things at Halloween Adventure

So you bought that great pirate costume at Halloween Adventure, and you got it home, and realized you grabbed the wrong size. Don't fret! You can always return your stuff to the store. If you've ordered your costume online, you can still return it. Check out Halloween Adventure's rules for returning below.

QUICK & EASY RETURN POLICY. 
*Not applicable during Halloween, Christmas, and Purim Season.

Most items we sell apply for our QUICK & EASY RETURN POLICY. Unlike other costume retailers where all sales are final, almost every item we carry can be returned QUICKLY & EASILY within 3 days from delivery.
Please note: costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.

All Exchanges and Return have to be made BEFORE HALLOWEEN!

Dear Halloween Adventure Customer: Due to our efforts to bring the Halloween experience closer to you, our seasonal stores are operating individually from our website!

For RETURNS or EXCHANGES of your purchases made in a real brick & mortar store,
please contact the store manager where your purchase was made.

Can I Return My Order?

We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 3 days from Delivery Date, save seasonal exeptions. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

Shipping and handling charges are refunded in cases of manufacturers defect.
  • All returns MUST BE AUTHORIZED and a RAN (Return Authorization Number) has to be issued.
  • DO NOT SEND any merchandise without a valid RAN.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be credited!
Returns are generally processed within two weeks of receiving the product back.

Please note: Due to the nature of business WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns on merchandise purchased during following seasons/dates:
- Halloween Season (October 28th - November 2nd) - Exchanges must be made before OCT.30! Exchanges must be made for equal or higher value.
- Christmas Season (December 15th - December 28th)
- Purim Season (March 10th - March 25th)
