Most items we sell apply for our QUICK & EASY RETURN POLICY. Unlike other costume retailers where all sales are final, almost every item we carry can be returned QUICKLY & EASILY within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
Can I Return My Order?
We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 7 days from Delivery Date safe seasonal exeptions. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
Shipping and handling charges are refunded in cases of manufacturers defect.
- All returns MUST BE AUTHORIZED and RAN (Return Authorization Number) has to be issued.
- DO NOT SEND any merchandise with out a valid RAN.
- Unauthorized return will not be accepted and will not be credited!
Returns are generally processed within two weeks of receiving the product back.
Halloween Season (October 15th - November 5th) - Exchanges must be made before OCT.25! Exchanges must be made for equal or higher value.
Christmas Season (December 10th - December 28th)
Purim Season (March 10th - March 25th)
